Wells Fargo: Fraudulent Foreclosures Too!

As I read It keeps getting worse for Wells Fargo by Bob Byan, I said Oh no, they do much worse!

Wells Fargo do not only fraudulently open accounts; Wells Fargo fraudulently raise interest, late charges, principal balance and fraudulently foreclose properties! 

How would a bank not be able to tell you what exactly your late charges are? Why would there be huge disparity on interest charged from account to account? Why would there be accounts you are expected to leave open even if having 0 balance, yet they claim closing it would mean a raise in your interest rate? Why would client have to deal with different representatives? Why would WF offer clients their own lawyers, their own staff to "assist" when in actual fact those lawyers and staff end up engaging in insider dealings? Why would Wells Fargo's account reps be unavailable via phone 8 out of 10 times you call?!

They drove my husband round the bend... After he passed on, I informed Wells Fargo of my husband's passing and opened an estate account. Any person with some banking knowledge knows that an estate account cannot be opened without major documents like death certificate and letter of administrator...

Despite doing that, they claimed they were not aware he passed and so continued to send him letters and went on to quickly foreclose! Before they fraudulently foreclosed on a property worth millions of dollars, they kept harassing the tenant with letters so much so that the tenant claimed it was for this reason he refused to pay rent for between 8 to 10 months. Mr. Joe Budden, the rapper, has since absconded after a default judgement was entered against him in court!

Wells Fargo have left the account open, continue to pile interest yet all my correspondence have been kept in view. Representatives who promised to review the issues have been sending me letters only to push forward the goal post.

I wish I have a lawyer who would take on the case on a pro-bono or no win, no pay basis. I sure have enough grounds to win BIG against this FRAUDULENT INHUMANE bank!

In the absence of this, I do wish Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Richard Shelby will see this to its logical conclusion.
